Descripción Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.

Implement robust financial controls, risk management practices, and governance frameworks within the finance shared services center together with the SSC manager and the global team.

Manage a growing team in a moving environment, ensuring quality, productivity and client satisfactionContinuously monitor and analyze financial performance on your scope and identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy for accounting teams.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners o ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
Act as a primary point of contact for accounting-related queries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

Foster a cu_lture of customer service excellence within the finance shared services center, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
