How you will contribute_
Receive and check invoices and documents for payments on the scheduled time.
Ensure that the documentation accomplishes the fiscal country and company requirements
Process invoices in Esker
OCR (Optical Character Recognition) system.
Ensure the quality in the data capture, forward looking to reduce the error rate below 1%.
Give support, follow and attend the assigned country financial department requirements, doubts and needs.
Who you are_
A professional within 13 years of experience in Accounts Payable area
Fluent in English
Accounting knowledge.
Focused on meeting deadlines and service aptitudes.
Experience managing ERPs.
OCR Knowledge is a plus.
Experience working with international invoices and vendors (USA, Canda, Europe, etc)
Communication skills and teamwork focused.
Problem solving skills.
Detail oriented.
