EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


Minimum:
bachelor's degree and relevant certifications on renewable energy, decarbonization.


Desirable:
master's degree and other credentials on sustainability, renewable energy, decarbonization, content creation, communications.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in sustainability and project management in a global, publicly listed multinational corporation.


Desirable:
some experience on Corporate Affairs and Strategic Communications matters.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:


The Senior Manager is a hybrid opportunity combining technical sustainability/ESG skills and project management abilities, as well as communications and culture building.

Demonstrated knowledge of Corporate Sustainability with an ability to provide guidance to leaders and employees.

Knowledge on renewable energy (solar, PPAs) to assess areas of potential renewable energy growth, as well as broadly decarbonization strategies.

Some experience on Corporate Affairs matters.

A strategic thinker, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to develop innovative solutions, simplify procedures, communicate, and build networks to move from ideation to activation.

Relationship building at all levels, including with Senior Executives and C-Suite, as well as relevant external stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized with a proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment.

A proactive, self-starter, able to operate autonomously while being a team player who brings a positive, "can do" attitude to the workplace.

and works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary, cross-functional and multicultural teams and can navigate in a matrixed global organization.
Strong communication and presentation skills, possessing the ability to interface with audiences of all levels throughout the organization.
Ability to streamline budget process.
Data-driven mentality with a bias towards thoughtful action.
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to provide timely turnaround on request.
Strong work ethic and sense of professionalism and discretion, demonstrating accountability, integrity, good judgment, and respect for confidentiality.
Proficient in data analysis, Excel modeling, using Power BI, SharePoint, and other systems.
Advanced Microsoft product suite knowledge and expert in using Power Point skills.
Comfortable working with technology and systems.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Manager on day-to-day work and projects.
Front-line management of sustainability initiatives around renewable energy, decarbonization.
Leading initiatives to embed sustainability into the organizational culture.
Producing papers and presentations on relevant sustainability topics.
End-to-end support in projects and coordination.


LANGUAGES REQUIRED:

Bilingual English and Spanish.
