    Job Overview

    As a Supply Chain Manager at TE Connectivity, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of production materials. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory levels, planning and coordinating the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage large-scale purchases from external sources, serving as the primary point of contact for numerous projects.
    • Plan and execute large-scale projects, assessing company processes and inventory to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor and analyze current operations, including scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, production, and delivery, to gather data on each step within the supply chain.
    • Research and negotiate contracts with partner companies to secure best pricing and increase business revenue.
    • Investigate pain points within the process, develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies, and communicate with other departments to implement changes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business management, operations, logistics, or a related field.
    • Prior project management experience.
    • Supply chain management certification is preferred.
    • Advanced English proficiency.
