    We're seeking a Marketing Analyst who will bring strategic insight and creativity to elevate our brand strength. In this role, you will collaborate with leading agencies and stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns that reflect our ethos of innovation, sustainability, and connection. Together, we'll create moments that inspire, connect, and redefine the future of luxury hospitality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate specialized agencies managing Paid Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, and PR, ensuring campaigns are aligned with our brand's identity and values.
    • Act as the primary liaison between the brand and external partners, driving the strategic execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and proposing optimization strategies.
    • Uphold and promote the brand's core values of future living, community, and sustainability across all marketing channels.
    • Event planning, production, and management.
    • Collaborate on the planning and execution of exclusive events that embody the brand's commitment to life-changing experiences.
    • Prepare and present performance weekly reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 1-3 years in marketing roles, preferably in industries such as luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or experiential marketing.
    • Expertise working with agencies specializing in Paid Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, and PR.
    • A deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and future-forward marketing strategies.
    • Experience in creating and executing high-impact events and campaigns.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
    • Familiarity with sustainable and community-driven initiatives is a plus.
    • Languages: Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
