    As a Marketing Specialist on Amazon Mexico's Softlines team, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns for our top brands, as well as owning the homepage and outbound strategy. This role requires a data-driven, customer-obsessed approach to drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.com.mx.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and execute marketing campaigns that meet business objectives
    • Create detailed monthly reports on performance and implement continuous improvement mechanisms
    • Lead presentations and planning sessions with internal stakeholders, vendors, and other teams
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing campaigns

    In addition to marketing campaign management, you will also provide support to drive category growth through:

    • Detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identification of solutions
    • Proposing changes to operational processes
    • Driving high standards in customer satisfaction
    • Ensuring high-quality product detail pages
    • Making recommendations for effective marketing campaigns
