Responsibilities:

The Opportunity
Role is responsible for the daily operational support of the PepsiCo product data Synchronization program for PepsiCo Foods Canada.

This role wil coordinate and execute all internal customer specific requirements in order to ensure PepsiCo Foods has the most accurate and current data synchronized with our large customers and digital platforms.

The data and images that are shared with our customers will be leveraged to enable the customer listing process and to populate customer websites.

Role is responsible of publishing all the product data for Costco and Dollarama products.

Role is in charge of the leadership for continuous improvement projects, such as Dashboard creations, Testing of GS1 innitiatives with customers, creating quality controls for the product information.

Your Impact
As Product Data Integration Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

Processing inbound data from multiple sources, validating completeness and resolving issues with sources
Responsible for ensuring product data and images are correctly published to Production Information Tool (PIM) to be accurate for our Customer and Consumer interactions with our products
Collaborate with internal commercialization team or crossfunctional team on sources of missing data and ensure accurate, complete and timely setup off all attributes for new items and related product hierarchies in master data management systems
Work towards business process that will maintain product information integrity for all portal transfer of product data
Leader of the continuous improvement initiatives
In charge of the Dashboard creation and weekly update
Responsible of projects that give visibility and control to the Data Integration process

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience in end to end process management
13 year experience in data management for mkt, sales, supply chain.
Fluent in English
Bacelor's Degress in Business, Engineering, Data Science or related degree preferred
Product Master Data Management experience preferred
Product Comercialization experience preferred
Strong analytical skills needed in order to troubleshoot data issues and discrepancies
Power BI desirable
Excel advanced
Knowledge in GS1, 1 World Sync desirable
