Financial Business Analyst

(all genders)

Type of Contract: full time | location: MexicoThe role:

The financial business analyst, will be responsible for:

Creating Purchase requisition for POs.
Extracting PR/PO report from SAP.
Liaising with Purchasing officer, checking on the PR status for PO conversion.
Coordinating with Vendor Team for the status of pending submission in case of urgencies.
Assisting vendor with issues on POs.
Checking and tracking Payment status from SAP.
Managing the Vendors in the system
Extension/block/unblock vendor
Submission of new vendor Onboarding form for Vendors not registered as suppliers in the system.
Coordination and finance support, data collection, review with teams and customers.
Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
Develop models that help with decisionmaking and participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.

What we need to see from you:

Your Experience

1 year of experience working as a Financial Analyst or related roles.

Customer Facing Experience Mandatory.

Your Knowledge
Basic understanding of Accounting and Taxation.

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Basic understanding of SAP System for raising PR/PO.

Ability to maintain record with 100% accuracy.

Your Language Skill
Written and verbal English Skill is a must.
