Main responsibilities

Use apparel production and retail industry knowledge to provide company recommendations and solutions.
Research/present garments and provide sales and invoices quotes with accurate imprint details regarding the production method, e.g., embroidery, screen printing, DTG.
Ensuring that client mockups, files, and other assets are accurately collected for garment production.
Collaborate with the Art Department to ensure the client's vision is met.
Build on client relationships by following up and being a part of marketing initiatives for the company.
Continuously research and stay on top of apparel and decoration trends

Requirements:

English language proficiency 90100% (conversation)
Motivated, positive attitude
At least 23 years of customer service, sales, or serving experience
Strong communication skills, a strong work ethic, positive energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales and relationship management
Strong knowledge of apparel and promotional products or similar merchandise/retail experience.
Experience with order management systems, calendars, and organizational software.
Detailoriented and aptitude for multitasking and efficiency
Be able to innovate and problem solve provide solutions to customer's needs/problems.
