Responsible for administration of part sales programs. Facilitates development and launching of new part sales programs.

Serves as direct liaison between affiliates and program suppliers to ensure timing of part sourcing, pricing and contacts meet program requirements.

Implements sourcing activities for spot orders, emergency buys, trials and samples.

Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

Provides support to buyers to ensure pricing and purchase orders are established for the overseas parent and the Mexico affiliate from North America suppliers.

Supports implementation of sourcing activities for spot orders, emergency buys, trials, samples and reverse vanning. Coordinates the change of sourcing of all parts for the Mexico affiliate and the overseas parent. Serves as direct liaison between internal departments and sales program suppliers. Facilitates development and launching of new part sales programs. As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Engineering, Administration, Economical relation or alike). Consider equivalent related college or technical courses, seminars and in-house classroom training.


Experience:

One year or less of related experience in a professional business atmosphere. (Desirable)


Job Knowledge:

Knowledge of job flow in the production control and purchasing organizations, from program development to launch.


Language:

English (Business fluent)
