Job Description Summary

This department manages the production of Dispenser products at the Tijuana, Mexico plant.

This team is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling activities for the manufacture of subsamples, finished products and manufacturing process support systems.


He directs the activities of subordinate personnel to manage and optimize manufacturing activities by supporting quality, safety, productivity, cost and regulatory compliance.

Responsible for the quality of subsamples, finished product and systems that support the manufacturing process.


Manage resources in a way that best meets our customers' expectations and company goals while complying with the company's applicable standard operating procedures as well as applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

This work must be carried out in compliance with current regulations, standards and policies applicable to the organization


Job Description:


  • Participate in the process of Strategic Planning of the plant, as well as to promote the Values and promote the culture of the organization._
  • Responsible for defining and tracking your department's Scorecard indicators, as well as contributing to the achievement of the company's Scorecard._
  • Responsible for the training of the personnel in charge, ensure that the training plans are up to date, and the staff trained and documented correctly._
  • Responsible for monitoring compliance with guidelines in the areas of Manufacturing (Operations
  • CFN Tijuana)._
  • It manages production areas to support Dispensing products that meet customer demands._
  • Manages the Processes and Resources (Internal and External) required to produce, and ship finished products._
  • Plan and organize all production activities within departments, including planning, scheduling, documentation, overtime, and work shifts._
  • Responsible for keeping uptodate manufacturing capacity studies that are at your own risk and making recommendations to maintain capacity levels according to requirements._
  • Provide support in conjunction with Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, Quality and Production in researching and solving product quality issues such as customer complaints and/or rejections of noncompliant material._
  • Project Management and Troubleshooting following the Lean Six Sigma methodology or other tools recognized by CareFusion._
