Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Track and maintain all commercial data in our Kautex systems (SAP/Excel/PLM (centralized lifecycle management)/Up2Go(sales planning data)
  • Ability to understand and analyze commercial data
  • Ability to coordinate the quotation process according to Kautex standard (FLP
  • Flawless Launch Process)
  • Adapt to changes and quickly translate changes into opportunities.
  • Manage conflicting requirements of customer needs vs internal needs and develop creative solutions that meet both customer and internal needs see the "win/win" situations.
  • Build and maintain the personal relationships, understand the customer needs between the lines and see creative opportunities to win and develop new business.
  • Know Customer decision makers, influencers, systems, processes, trends, technologies, platforms etc.
  • Provide the customer with the necessary information in an efficient and professional manner
  • First level of customer negotiation
  • Preparation of customer quotations and presentations in accordance to Kautex standard
  • Ensure a smooth and quick follow up of following financial topics in accordance to the approved business case (QAR/CAR):
  • on time offer/order tracking & invoicing
- on time update and margin improvement of piece prices
- on time tracking of overdue invoices;
- ensure a strong financial control (positive cashflow) and improvement of project results
- check customer purchase orders and resolve in case of deviations compared to Kautex offer; check and prepare commercial price agreements as well as Three Party Agreements (OEM, Directed Parts Supplier, Kautex) and NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

  • Be able to lead a (functional) team and ensure proper results (time, quality and costs)
  • Support Sales Manager in achieving business growth targets in NA for SW and Allegro systems

Experience:


  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable education is required
  • Experience in international Automotive industry
  • Good comprehension for finance and sales procedures and their feasibility
  • Strong will to learn constantly to develop personal skills
