Descripción

Responsible for our global agenda of standardization and digitization of human resources processes. Furthermore, in charge of digitization and project preparation, and documentation.

Main Responsibilities

Supports the digitalization journey of HR on a global scope and drives process innovation with process owners (CoEs)
Ensures alignment with regions and helps creating synergies with process champions in the regions
Design, develop and support implementation seeking to increase employee's experience, harmonize HR Operation Model and integrate digital HR solutions aligned with the business strategy and target operational model

Position Requirements

Bachelor or Engineering in Administration or Business Processes
English Advanced.
