Responsibilities:


Main Purpose


Developing light weight content, by creating and making ideas that combine official content and images, ensuring that the image is attractive and dynamic for the user, according to the requirements established by the brand.


Accountabilities

  • Work in execution and implementation audiovisual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated.
  • Extrapolation: From master design files develop any additional sizes in range, ensuring brand integrity during scale up
  • Ensure hierarchy is maintained across all sizes/flavors.
  • Share artwork with Pre-Media House to ensure printability
  • Project Management of timelines to hand over to Pre-Media
  • 3D service that enables photorealistic views of the product, for ecommerce, online, etc.
  • Product shots (simple 3D and composing) for ecommerce
  • Product shots for simple key visuals
  • Simple product shots for banners
  • Simple Point of Sale visualization
  • Packaging mockups + 3d printing
  • Text and legal information
  • Assets roll out to different point of sale formats and standards under the control of the stewardship of the Design Center.
  • Key Visual roll out to formats
  • Key Visual adaptation to different sizes.
  • Artwork and adaptation to support brands instore display and product mockups.
  • Understand how to adapt designs across different retail channels.
  • Ability to build graphic designs when needed.
  • Be a brand guarding, following brand guidelines closely.
  • Could take control of projects and work independently as well as in a team.
  • Present designs to internal clients, brand teams and external agencies for approval.
  • HIGH aptitude to learn new things and sense of urgency to get things done.
  • Ensure that the right products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (interactive design, graphic design, visual arts, communication etc.)
  • Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role (FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE COMPULSORY).
  • Demonstrable fluency with Adobe CC suite of products, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Rhino + Keyshot or comparable software to model and render 3D images.
  • Knowledge of social aspect ratios and delivery filetypes.
  • An online portfolio showing a variety of standout work is a MUST.
  • Experience with adaptativeteams in agency or inhouse agency environments; CPG Experience a plus.
  • Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
  • Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Project Management Tools.
