Product Engineer responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Actively participate in discussions with the software development team, designers and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into User Stories.
Translate the client's conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear and understandable way for developers.
Analyze the technical feasibility, resources, tools and cost of the development process.
Develop accurate and complete documentation of product functionality, including technical specifications, flowcharts, and use cases to guide development and ensure consistency in implementation.
Lead multiple technology projects and product features.
Work in several virtual teams with different deadlines and objectives.
Define milestones, success criteria, manage dependencies and deliver iteratively.
Effectively and proactively communicate product status, issues and risks to interested parties.
Ensure the excellent Quality and Assurance process.

Qualifications/Skills

Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work and collaborate with people and teams located in multiple geographies.
Clearly express customer needs, understand feature designs to inform development, and evaluate how the feature meets customer and business needs to make feature decisions.
Ability to work independently, defining and managing your own work while continuing to provide transparency and accountability with your leaders and other stakeholders.
Experience working in an organization focused on software development using the agile scrum methodology.
Logical mindset with a focus on problem solving.
Understanding of new trends and technologies in the market.
Advanced English level

Desirable:

Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, SQL.
Knowledge of database structure.
Passion for creating solutions our users love using AI.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Experience in the development of digital products, from conceptualization, estimates and even construction and monitoring.
Broad understanding of digital tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Suite and project management tools (Notion)
