Job summary
The Marketing Event Coordinator supports the planning and execution of Argano's business events including conferences sales programs roadshow executive/partner engagements and virtual events.This role is highly detail-oriented operationally focused and critical to delivering high-quality event experiences that align with Argano's brand and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate event logistics including registration travel lodging catering shipping and on-site support
- Maintain detailed project plans timelines and checklists for assigned events
- Support agenda execution run-of-show documentation manage speaker logistics communications prep materials coordinate with vendors venues AV production catering partners track contracts Pos invoices payments AP Finance support sponsor partner deliverables manage event tools survey monkey FedEx spectra Vista Print track attendee data session attendance engagement metrics maintain organized event documentation file organization drives provide on-site execution including registration speaker support logistics troubleshooting support virtual event execution act key point contact operational needs collect organize post-event data feedback report recap document learnings process improvements.
