WHAT TO EXPECT

Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be responsible for investigating and documenting deductions and determining a path forward.

Key responsibilities:

Investigate and research invoice discrepancies.
Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to track, validate, and clear customer deductions.
Work closely with Pricing Analysts to ensure customer has the correct price in their system.
Ability to understand and access customer portals to confirm quotes and price levels.

ABOUT YOU
of years of progressive experience in Finance or Analytics

Degree in Finance, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or Economics
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Financial Analysis and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Demonstrates initiative and problemsolving skills.
Must have knowledge of basic mathematical concepts.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
High level of efficiency with Microsoft Excel.
