    Responsibilities

    Responsabilidades:
  • Desarrollar, mantener y probar software de ingenieria para su uso en la industria energetica.
  • Analizar requisitos y arquitectura para realizar el diseno e implementacion de aplicaciones de software.
  • Priorizar y planificar el trabajo para lograr objetivos en un entorno multifuncional y de ritmo rapido.
  • Proporcionar un trabajo de alta calidad de manera oportuna con cierta orientacion por parte del personal tecnico senior.
  • Demostrar comprension y adherencia al proceso de desarrollo de software.
  • Emplear metodos y practicas de ingenieria de software para crear artefactos que respalden la implementacion y el soporte de productos de software.
  • Resolver problemas de los clientes con el software y responder a sugerencias para mejoras y actualizaciones.
  • Trabajar eficazmente con otros desarrolladores, QA, soporte y personal de documentacion en un equipo Agile Scrum para crear software de calidad que sea preciso, robusto y mantenible.
  • Demostrar buenas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicacion con la capacidad de trabajar estrechamente con clientes internos y externos para traducir necesidades en requisitos, explicar y resolver problemas tecnicos, y presentar soluciones tecnicas.
  • Comprender y cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y politicas de la empresa.
  • Realizar diversas tareas y actividades asignadas por el supervisor dentro de las limitaciones fisicas del trabajo.

    Qualifications

    Requisitos:

  • 2 anos de experiencia as Software Developer;
  • Ingles avanzado;
  • Experiencia con C#;
  • Experiencia con .Net Aplicaciones de Windows, aplicaciones web;
  • Experiencia trabajando con Scrum Master. Agile.
  • Automatizacion de pruebas
  • Experiencia previa como Scrum Master trabajando en un entorno de desarrollo Agile.
  • Comprension solida del proceso de Scrum con capacidad para entrenar a los miembros del equipo en las mejores practicas de scrum.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de DevOps y gestion de control de codigo fuente.
  • Fuerte comprension del Ciclo de Vida del Desarrollo de Software. Experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones Cliente/Servidor para plataformas Windows y/o Linux.
  • Experiencia en la Industria del Petroleo y Gas (preferible).
  • Experiencia con Marcos de Automatizacion de Pruebas de Software y tuberias CI/CD es una ventaja.
