  • Responsibilities & Qualifications_
General Information

  • Keep statistical control of safety, health and emergency management indicators (kpi).
  • Performing monthly report of Major Projects in Mexico for analysis.
  • Preparation of monthly statistical report for internal clients.
  • Making a monthly report for Mexico BU.
  • Support for the classification & registration of incidents in the Health, Security, Safety, Environment and Emergency Management area.
  • Respond to requests from the HSSEM Corporate Governance Team.
  • Attend meetings with the HSSEM Governance areas to report Recordable incidents.
  • Support the Safety and Health department in the administrative work.
  • Follow up on existing incidents in EnablOn software.
  • Follow up to investigations on EnablOn software to Serious, Major, Critical incidents and recordable events.
  • Closing of events in the EnablOn y software to incidents.
  • Education/Experience_
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience as Safety Analyst
  • Advanced English
  • Microsofts Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
