Join our Team We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Procurement Manager (Ocean Freight & multimodal) to develop a commercial platform and improve our negotiation strength. You will be the key architect in developing relations with international agents, securing faster response times and access to the best possible conditions.

The ideal candidate will negotiate rates with carriers, coloaders, couriers and national truck services, containers, FTL and LTL. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Centralize, standardize and speed up quotation times (FCL, LCL, courier, national).
• Negotiate rates and conditions with Sea Carriers, Co-loaders for LCL, Courier Companies, national trucking companies.
• Develop international network: Build and maintain relationship with agents abroad.
• Financial Control: Target margin per lane/vertical, P&L visibility to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Engineering, business administration, Comex, or related field.
• 3–5 years in pricing/procurement (Ocean/LCL/parcel/national.
• Professional fluency in english is mandatory
• Proficiency using CRM tools and the Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Focused and goal-oriented, with SLA management.
