- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations (14 CFR Parts 43, 91, 135, and/or 145 as applicable).
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including 100-hour, annual, phase, and progressive inspections.
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft mechanical and pneumatic systems, including flight controls, landing gear, hydraulics, fuel systems, and environmental control systems.
- Remove, replace, and test aircraft components and assemblies as required.
- Accurately document all maintenance actions in aircraft logbooks and maintenance tracking systems.
- Follow technical manuals, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives (ADs).
- Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft avionics and electrical systems.
- Work with communication, navigation, flight instruments, radar, GPS, autopilot, and electrical power distribution systems.
- Perform continuity checks, insulation resistance testing, and functional system checks.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Utilize avionics test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools.
- Verify system functionality through ground testing and operational checks.
- Inspect aircraft structures for corrosion, fatigue, and structural damage.
- Perform sheet metal repairs including cutting, forming, drilling, and riveting.
- Repair or replace damaged structural components such as skin panels, ribs, spars, and stringers.
- Conduct composite repairs as applicable.
- Follow Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs) to ensure airworthiness-compliant repairs.
- Adhere to all FAA, OSHA, and company safety policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and FOD-free work environment.
- Properly handle hazardous materials in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance Planning teams as needed.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License (required).
- Minimum 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- Hands-on experience with avionics troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience performing structural repairs (sheet metal and/or composites preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
