    As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee coordinating the activities of the GAP to achieve its results, managing the functions of the assigned personnel, taking care of the application of safety and hygiene standards and working conditions to achieve the desired quantity and quality.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring production, quality, costs, and established deadlines indicators
  • Use of KAN BAN tool
  • Verify the state of order and cleanliness of the area based on the 5s methodology
  • Enforce work procedures, ensuring their timely update
  • Lead online QRCI groups
  • Respect and apply procedures of the FES system according to your responsibility
  • Use of the SAP system that applies to your area and function.
  • Comply with and ensure the terms and conditions of the code of ethics and administration that always regulates conduct within the Faurecia group
  • Participate and follow up on HOSHIN activities
  • Propose personnel training actions
  • Integrate new members of the GAP
  • Evaluate job mastery
  • Perform and review time recording
  • Balance of operations
  • Participate in HSE Audits, PPM's, FES, ISO TS, ATF, ISO , BIQS, ASES as applicable.
  • Execute FACE to FACE audits with your leading GAP staff.
  • Actively promote accident and injury prevention, as well as ideas for improvement
  • Promote the prevention of environmental pollution through the identification and segregation of
  • waste generated according to the job.
  • ISO IATF :, BIQS, ASES and specific client requirements for new projects
  • Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or strong experience related
  • Plastic Injection and molding experience
  • Interview techniques experience
  • Quality systems experience
  • Statistical process control
  • Troubleshooting and personnel management
  • Proper use of personal protective equipment
  • Safe Chemical Administration
  • Comprehensive management of hazardous waste
  • ISO TS and specific customer requirements.
