Description & Requirements
The Job:

The Benefits Analyst administers and manages the company's employee benefits and retirement programs for an assigned region.

What you will be doing:

Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollmentsin the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
Conduct New Hire Benefits orientations
US/Canada/Mexico.
Assist employees regarding benefits claim issuesand plan changes.
Enroll employees with carriers and process lifestatus changes.
Respond to benefits inquiries from managers andemployees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and othergeneral inquiries.
Process and administer all leaveofabsencerequests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA.
Respond to U.S. 401(k) and Canadian RRSPinquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, loans, planchanges and contribution amounts.
Provide necessary reports for allocation/billingcharges

Ability to complete tasks on deadlines.
1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
