Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _
Test Engineer _

Guadalajara, North Campus_

The _
Test Engineer_

- will be based in Guadalajara, Jal. and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment._

What a typical day looks like:

_ Project ownership._

- _ Transfers, changes, setups, etc._
- _ Works directly with NPI and transfers CFT._
- _ NPIs ownership until mass production, transition._
- _ Functional tests design and implementation._
- _ Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted._
- _ Suppliers development for NPI (ICT, AOI, EOL, FCT)._
- _ Analyzes test data and prepares technical reports for engineers, and management._
- _ Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements._

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

_ Solid NPI Test Engineering Experience._

- _ Bachelor's degree._
- _ Functional tests_ experience (PCBA and Integration)_
- _ ORT tests_ and ESS experience._
- _ Knowledge of Programming (Python, Open test)._
- _ English Advanced._
- _ Negotiation (suppliers and clients)_
- _ ICT and FCT experience._
- _ Design for testability (DFT)._
- _ Knowledge of servers, telecommunication products, power and radio frequency._
- _ DFM, DFA studies interpretation._
- _ Good attitude and proactivity._
- _ Preferably Structural tests knowledge (AOI, ICT, Xray, laser printer, AXI, Flying probe)._
