El cargo de Coordinador en Seguridad (EHS) es responsable de planificar, desarrollar y ejecutar actividades y programas en el campo de la seguridad, protección, ecología e higiene encaminados a establecer una cultura de seguridad, la cual esté alineada para brindar el cumplimiento de los programas legales de seguridad, protección civil e higiene para garantizar que la Empresa se mantenga a la vanguardia en materia de Ecología, Salud y Seguridad y cumpla con las certificaciones y estándares establecidos al respecto.
Es responsable de dirigir al equipo de trabajo de EHS asignado al proyecto y que permita brindar resultados alineado a la estrategia regional de la compañía.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CARGO:
Liderar el equipo de trabajo de EHS del Almacén para el cumplimiento regulatorio en temas de seguridad, así como promover una cultura sólida de seguridad en el trabajo.
Garantizar la capacitación a todo el personal en materia de salud, seguridad y ecología, con el fin de establecer una cultura de seguridad en la organización.
Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, de acuerdo con los lineamientos legales correspondientes. Evaluación de prácticas, procedimientos e instalaciones para evaluar riesgos y cumplir con la ley y estándares regulatorios.brindar seguimiento de los hallazgos de seguridad y garantizar que se han aplicado medidas disciplinarias estrictas en caso de que haya una infracción por parte de un miembro del personal y se informe a una autoridad superior.
Coordinar el programa de inspeccionar equipos y maquinaria para observar posibles situaciones inseguras. Investigar accidentes o incidentes para detectar las causas.Realizar auditorías de seguridad y sensibilizar a los empleados sobre las obligaciones de seguridad para mantener una cultura de seguridad coherente.
Organizar, capacitar y coordinar las brigadas de emergencia, comisiones mixtas y comités de seguridad, verificando que cumplan con las normas legales y los objetivos establecidos para cada uno de ellos.
Elaboración y aplicación de normativa para establecer una cultura de seguridad y salud.Capacitar a todo el personal en materia de salud, seguridad y ecología, con el fin de establecer una cultura de seguridad en la organización.
Realizar capacitaciones en temas de seguridad y salud, así como prevención de accidentes al personal de nueva incorporación y al personal de continuidad.
Recomendar soluciones a problemas, oportunidades de mejora o nuevas medidas de prevención. Responsable de ejecutar y monitorear el programa de salud, seguridad, medio ambiente y sustentabilidad ocupacional. Supervisar el cumplimiento de normas y leyes, a través de la inspección a colaboradores y operaciones.Supervisar el cumplimiento de las políticas de Seguridad, Medio Ambiente y Sostenibilidad para asegurar que estén actualizadas y cumplan con las tendencias actuales, y así poder desarrollar evaluaciones de peligros y riesgos e implementar nuevas regulaciones teniendo en cuenta las recomendaciones realizadas.
