Innovative Board Test, (iBtest) is a company that arises from the need of the different OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer), ECM (Electronic Contract Manufacturing) and CM [Contract Manufacturers] for the development of high-level electrical tests in Mexico (with local support).

iBtest offers a unique service of Electrical Test Engineering solutions within multiple industries at a National and International level.

And we are currently looking for a
Jr
Sales Engineer

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree completed in
- electronics engineering bachelor degree or similar

  • Intermediate-Advanced English (written and oral)
  • Skills for negotiation and resolution of social problems.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in our industry
  • Previous experience in businesstobusiness (B2B) sales.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways.
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easytounderstand manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Know the company's value and the solutions (products/services) the different Business Units provide.

Presentar las soluciones de acuerdo a las necesidades del cliente, invitar a la acción, mostrar información más allá de lo obvio y compartir las actas.


  • Prospecting wisely. Identify your ideal client, make the relevant cold calls, detect, and identify the client's needs, and prepare their meetings in advance.
  • Present the solutions according to the client's needs, invite action, show information beyond the obvious, and share the minutes.
  • Valuable follow up.
  • Present commercial proposals in realtime.
  • Handling Objections/Negotiation: Clarify objections and concerns.
  • Present: testimonials, statistics, demos, certifications, etc.

  • Budget for hiring $25,000 per month + commissions
