The Training Supervisor leads the Training Department and administers its resources to ensure the department goals are met and aligned to the production department needs.

• This role also focuses in establishing strategies for personnel growth, development, and business KPIs success through target training, gamification and other methodologies applied to all operational trainings from site areas. Promotes a quality (right the first time) mentality within the training programs.

• LEAN LEADER CERTIFIED KPI Microsoft office LDM
• INTEGRAL PROGRAM OF LEADERSHIP
• Lean manufacturing basic Majors:
• Bachelor's degree Pedagogy, Engineering or in related fields
