Which is the main objective of this role?


Ensure forecast collaboration and communication for the entire Latin American Beverages Import and Exports portfolio, through generating the statistical forecast, leading the AOP-PSP agenda and integrating forecast into all plants throughout America and their systems in order to guarantee inventory replenishment and plan execution based on Franchise plans and expectations.

Demand Planner must be able to provide excellent service level to our customers and foresee their future needs. In addition, identifies portfolio and network distribution opportunities based on local trends.


Qualifications

What will you be doing?

  • Build, Propose & Aligned a Forecast based on Franchise Plan & Customer information
  • Compare Customer-Bottler Forecast Plan with Internal Scenario (Financial Plan, Franchise Expectation, Supply Chain Needs, Market Trends, Customer Sell Out as Available)
  • Generate statistical forecast using available resources (Tableau, SAP NA) performing sales trend analysis and adjusting past and future deviations and outliers
  • Acts as the Forecast Keeper between Franchise Teams and Production Plants
  • Highlight Forecast Deviations, propose plans to reduce them and Improve Forecast Accuracy.
  • Maintains sales historical and commercial events database to improve statistical accuracy.
  • Communicates initiatives and sales changes from Customers to rest of team, enhancing supply chain capabilities and freight planning.
  • Analyze US & LATAM Distribution & Demand Network to gather insights supporting Supply Chain, BU & Innovation & uncover logistic improvements for Exports Markets' Portfolio
  • Trigger Network Strategy recommendations based on Demand Map Volume across Americas to achieve Productivy Targets
  • Support Innovation and Franchise portfolio process identifying best portfolio available according to local market trends (Demand and distribution strategy)
  • Should be able to generate insights based on multiple data sources (local market performance, E2E Supply Chain Metrics as Needed, including but not limited to Fill Rate, Distribution Plans & Production Attainment)
  • Minimize Demand Deviations with business cases that can balance Operations/Supply chain and Franchise scenarios
  • Facilitate partnership and communication to Financial Planning teams providing input to AOP and monthly forecast
