- Responsible for providing tactical and strategic support through effective prioritization, triage, stakeholder management, and assessments using independent judgment.
- Works closely with management to implement corporate human resources policies, initiatives, and program delivery at the Guadalajara site.
- Leverages knowledge and expertise to contribute to the improvement of individual, team and site functioning.
- Coaches, mentors and/or advises employees at all levels to help drive growth and development.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Partners with the Legal team on legislative compliance
- Executes and supports a variety of administrative items, including but not limited to: terminations, people movements, onboarding, offboarding, benefit coordination, onsite medical service coordination, EHS and general site plans.
- In partnership with Talent Acquisition leaders, develops and manages the end-to-end talent acquisition process for the Guadalajara site to engage top talent and create an impactful candidate experience
- 5 years of experience in an HRBP with an emphasis on talent acquisition activities
- Experience supporting senior leaders through change.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English; able to speak and write with full fluency in both languages.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and country employment labor laws including hiring rules and regulations
- Expertise in talent acquisition with experience around designing and implementing a TA process that can be scaled for growth.
- Degree in business, human resources, or another related field.
