We are searching for the best talent for Sales Controlling Supervisor to be in Ciudad de México.

You will be responsible for:


  • Lead and support practices for internal (e.g., WWP) and external financial policies, accounting principles, technology, and analytics within specialty area
  • Lead and support ad hoc projects, processes, and requests as required, proactively help to identify, plan and execute cost savings/ avoidance and process improvement projects
  • Develop timely and actionable information for annual and quarterly forecasts
  • Provide accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to stakeholders helping to proactively identify risks & opportunities and to understand P&L variances (actual vs budget)
  • Proactively understand and provide insights on trends, opportunities and challenges in own industry and in the external environment. Help shape new business models/opportunities and ensure our infrastructure remains nimble and drive value added initiatives implementation
  • Identify and implement Best in Class practices to help drive operational efficiencies in BU processes
  • Provide management and direction for individual leaders through developmental guidance and performance evaluation
  • Develop strong business partnerships with crossfunctional areas including Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs Supply Chain, R&D, Accounting and other Finance departments to support the business in delivery of financial commitments and execution of business strategies
  • Help educate and make better informed decisions with Business Partners to drive value creation for the organization
  • Prepare analyses used for monitoring, forecasting and reporting on pricing and contracting, rates of return, cash flow, investments, and financial and expense comparisons
  • Collaborate with GS and FP&A for month end closing process, including accruals verification, input on business specific reserves, variance analyses, department expenses and capital budgeting

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree: Finance, Public Accountant, Economist, Administration,
  • Minimum 6 years relevant work experience
  • Fluency in English Experiences
  • Technology proficiency in Microsoft office, SAP, TM1
