Solution Assessment Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in Guadalajara. This exciting role will involve working closely with customers to assess their IT security needs and provide expert advice on Microsoft technologies.
As a key member of the US Technology & Services Center, you will work directly with customers to understand their business priorities and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your ability to engage in technical/data-driven conversations as well as business-focused discussions will be essential in driving security and digital-transformation conversations aligned to customer priorities.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of practical experience in the extended Microsoft ecosystem, with background in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting around Microsoft Security solutions (especially within the M365 stack or other end-user security solutions). A strong understanding of Azure security is also desired. Full professional fluency in English (C2) is mandatory for all role-related communications.
