    Contributes to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in their assigned area of responsibility to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE. Supports the business byapplying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions
    and advice. Ensures effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain.

    Your responsibilities

    • Promotes and supports reduction of safety incidents and occurrences.
    • Leads increase of hazards reporting, HSE action plan, and other proactive HSE activities.
    • Supports all HSE compliance related activities.
    • Monitors and audits housekeeping and HSE related best practices.
    • Drives closure/resolution of employee issues related to HSE.
    • Integrates and shares Best Practices with other ABB businesses to drive improvement of processes.
    • Identifies areas of improvement that will impact HSE and the general climate of the production personnel.
    • Leads and support ABB way internal annual validations.
    • Leads and support ISO 45001 &14001 certification.

    Your background

    • Bachelor ́s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or HSE Field.
    • One year of experience working inmanufacturing or HSE experience.
    • Good knowledge in ISO.
    • Some certification in HSE field is a puls.
    • Leadership.
    • Good communication skills and proactive.
    • Advanced English level.
    • Availability to travel.
