Job Description:


In this highly collaborative role you will use your expertise in human resources to:

  • Administer, develop, and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • Manage benefits administration and reporting; communicate benefits information to employees
  • Conduct recruitment and talent acquisition, oversee new employee orientation
  • Guide career exploration with managers and employees

Job Requirements:

Your background, experience, and interests include:

  • A bachelor's degree and three to five years of HR experience, or seven years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience
excellent time management skills; accustomed to meeting tight deadlines

  • Prior experience recruiting for production line employees
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience with HRIS, iCIMS and Payroll systems; Kronos experience is a plus
  • System savvy able to quickly learn our HR systems
