    Customer-Focused Field Service Engineer

    Ventas Recruiting has partnered with a leading PCB manufacturing company to seek a dedicated and customer-focused Field Customer Service Engineer.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote support to customers in Mexico, addressing PCB performance, process, and PCBA-related issues.
    2. Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams in Asia, conveying feedback, technical needs, and improvement opportunities effectively.
    3. Travel and Troubleshooting: Travel throughout Mexico for hands-on support, troubleshoot promptly to minimize downtime, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    4. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze PCB-related performance data, working with international teams to deliver actionable insights.
    5. Best Practices: Conduct best practices for PCB use and optimize production processes.
    6. Process Improvements: Assist with process improvements, recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and quality, and represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
    7. Reporting and Meetings: Provide detailed reports on customer visits, participate in meetings, and contribute to developing customer service strategies.

    Qualifications

    1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing industry.
    2. Language Skills: Fluency in English.
    3. Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel for on-site customer services.
    4. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of PCB and PCBA manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry standards is preferred.
    5. Customer-Focused Attitude: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Work Location: Hybrid. On-call type of role. Work from home in Guadalajara and visiting clients and manufacturing plants as needed. Some traveling required.
