FUNCTIONS:
- Each month you'll be expected to hit budget and have the opportunity to exceed sales utilizing an array of methods from networking,
- Lead and motivate Fersa Group local team to achieve the aggressive targets, developing the Fersa culture on all team members
- Managing and optimizing the trading operative at Fersa Group Mexico.
- Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the company value proposition to enhance business
- Work directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growth.
- Serve as an industry expert to educate decision makers and build rapport by keeping up with the latest trends to break down
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical education with high level of sales drive.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
- Previous digital sales experience with a history of success with customers.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and fastgrowing environment.
- Great people skills and sales ability.
- Entrepreneurial drive and creative thinking.
- Willingness to travel (min 30 %) and locate in Latam
