FUNCTIONS:


  • Each month you'll be expected to hit budget and have the opportunity to exceed sales utilizing an array of methods from networking,
exploring existing relationships, engaging decision makers and key influences, cold calling, etc.

  • Lead and motivate Fersa Group local team to achieve the aggressive targets, developing the Fersa culture on all team members
  • Managing and optimizing the trading operative at Fersa Group Mexico.
  • Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the company value proposition to enhance business
opportunities.

  • Work directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growth.
  • Serve as an industry expert to educate decision makers and build rapport by keeping up with the latest trends to break down
barriers and close sales.

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Technical education with high level of sales drive.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Previous digital sales experience with a history of success with customers.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and fastgrowing environment.
  • Great people skills and sales ability.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and creative thinking.
  • Willingness to travel (min 30 %) and locate in Latam
