Key Responsibilities:

• Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms and processes for a particular Business domain / Function.
• Partner with DDIT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis solution proposal/evaluation and funding estimates for operations/ projects.
• Partner with business partners to ensure Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams deliver products according to strategy with reuse across other areas.
• Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible function / service area.

Role RequirementsEssential Requirements:

• Proven IT Solution Architecture hands on senior experience.
• Significant experience in a similar role with a proven track record in designing functional solutions in Global and largescale complex project and program.
• Strong practical development knowledge of Salesforce features in Service cloud and Health Cloud along with platform capabilities
• Ground up solution design experience for healthcare industry
• English Proficiency
