- Drive development of the Digital Enablement team in Mexico.
- Manage relationship with internal business areas and external consultants from various disciplines.
- Define projects scope, cost, timelines, risks and other deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist to Identify new opportunities and potential fatal flaws in projects as well as proposing mitigation strategies to overcome challenges in project development.
- Multi-task and perform highly detailed work under changing conditions. Drive through uncertainty.
- Plan, execute, and finalize multiple projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
- Manage all documentation and deliverables to ensure correct project delivery.
- An engineering or technical background (digital is preferred)
- Agile project management certification and experience of at least 5 in the role (PMP adds points)
- Vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong time management skills
- A high level of analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication
- Proactiveness
- Fully bilingual (english / spanish)
- Desired experience in a fast-paced digital company.
- Experience managing projects with different business areas such as engineering, construction, supply chain, accounting, finance, etc.
- Ability to work independently and think analytically with guidance only in the most complex situations.
- Knowledge and understanding of the gas transmission or power generation business in Mexico would be an asset.
