3 years of sales and account management experience.
~ Advanced English Level is a must.
~ Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields
~ Proficient with Microsoft Office (Strong Excel skills and knowledge)
~ Negotiation and problem-solving skills: commercial agreements like margin, credit notes, payment terms.
~ Ensure sales target with profitability.
~ Ensure replenishments for core SKUs.
~ Markdown strategy - clearance strategies and promotional participation.
~ Retail Math: forecasting, OTB and P&L control.
~ Partner with internal stakeholders to drive the brand and account strategy
~ Develop the annual strategy of the assigned accounts according to the brand strategy.
Visit points of sale every month
Forecast control of markdowns and returns for inventory cleanup
Be in constant communication with cross-functional areas to follow up on projects for assigned accounts.
