    About the Position:

    We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative - Specialist Production Planning in Hermosillo, Mexico.

    • Daily review of customer purchase orders and forecasts to ensure timely delivery.
    • Negotiation of shipping dates and costs with clients within the lead time established in commercial agreements.
    • Review and reconciliation of late delivery orders and returns of materials (RMA) to ensure correct disposition and resolution of issues.
    • Scheduling shipments according to client instructions and analysis of sales forecast for the next 6 months.
    • Preparation and analysis of Material Requirements Planning (MPS) and Sales and Operations Planning (SOP).

    Requirements:

    • Industrial Engineering or related career.
    • 2 years of experience in a similar position.
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry and English proficiency (C1 level).
    • Knowledge of ERP, MRP, Inventory control, Value Chain, logistics, and 5 Why's methodologies.
    • Assertive communication skills, proactive approach, decision-making, and service attitude.
