Training Coordinator

Position Overview


The role of the Training Coordinator requires the ability to develop and execute the training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of branding.

They will work closely with our Dealers to identify training needs, create engaging content, and facilitate training sessions to ensure our network is equipped with the necessary expertise to perform in their roles.

Essential Job Functions


This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about motorcycles and sales training, with the ability to inspire and empower our sales network to achieve their full potential, knowledge, data analysis decision making.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Engineering, bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training content.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to coordinate training logistics and schedules.
  • Knowledge of motorcycle sales processes, products, and industry trends.
  • Ability to design engaging training materials using multimedia tools.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and online training platforms.
  • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make datadriven decisions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust training approaches based on learner needs.
  • Passion for motorcycles and understanding of the motorcycle enthusiast community.

Responsibilities:


  • Create eLearning courses/curriculum using responsive course authoring software (Articulate 360, SharePoint, PowerPoint Presenter) that are based on sound instructional design principles and offer a variety of instructional methodologies to support an audience of entrepreneurs worldwide.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to the specific needs of motorcycle to assess training needs and develop training objectives.
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics, ensuring smooth execution of training sessions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, adjusting as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve training programs.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales staff to reinforce training concepts.
