What you'll do?

Expertise in Dell EMC/IBM, Infinidat, NetApp, and Cohesity systems
Configuring and managing Fibre Channel (FC), iSCSI, NFS, and SMB protocols for
Provide storage provisioning for NAS/CAS/SAN systems
Providing L2/L3 DAS, SAN, NAS Configuring and administering support and expertise as it relates to the storage environment as needed
Implement, maintain, monitor, performance tuning and upgrade Network Attached Storage (NAS) environment
Storage Array/NAS Performance Tuning
Requires expertise with the design, configuration, and administration, tuning, optimizing and troubleshooting for NFS/CIFS protocol on NetApp and EMC Isilon storage arrays
Understand and troubleshoot the SMB, NFS and CIFS shares networking protocols.

What you'll bring:

Play a key role in Business Continuity Planning and DR strategy
Provide 24x7 IT operations support in a team on a rotation and oncall basis
Perform change management and incident management for enterprise storage systems
Develop an understanding of project engagement processes (Service Readiness) and partner with project teams on Conditions of Satisfaction deliverables including support documentation
