The Technical Lead role is to support Automotive IT software team in Polanco in the development of new systems for the organisation.


The main responsabilities are:

  • Service architecture paradigms.
  • Generates a technical work plan, and assigns tasks to programmers
  • Manages the team, supervises and measures the good performance of the team members
  • Proposes technical solutions to solve business needs
  • Generates good communication with the client and the work team
  • Oversees compliance with programming and documentation standards
  • Ensures compliance with customer requirements
  • Present appropriate diagnostics to the issues raised
  • Ensures compliance with customer SLAs
  • Coordinates in an objective technical manner a multidisciplinary work team and establishes effective agreements with other teams/work areas to ensure the smooth operation of the services and systems.
  • Develop technical proposal.
  • Estimate the effort and time needed for the development.
  • Verify that software engineers have the technical skills to perform their work, in case of identifying gaps propose a solution strategy.
  • Generate together with the team corrective actions for defects found in the stages of unit test review, integration, system and acceptance, through a root cause analysis.
  • Make a plan for implementation work product reviews.
  • Ensures that senior management is aware of and able to provide the required resources.
This job might be for you if you have:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Sciences
  • 5+ years of experience as leader in software development
  • Programming Languages:NET, C#, JavaScript, Microservices, Microsoft Azure deployments, API Rest, WebServices, DevOps.
  • Knowledge in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
  • Intermediate English, able to establish technical conversations
