The Role:

• Expert in Industry Survey Offerings
• Understands the Reward Landscape of the Industry
• Grows Industry Survey Participation and Other Products
• Leverages Consulting Experience with Clients and Industry Groups
• Presents Job Matching Training Sessions and Trains Clients on Data Access and Usage
• Supports Large Consulting Projects with Colleagues and WTW Consultants
• Leverages Independent Consulting Expertise
• Gathers Compensation Documentation and Performs Quality Checks
• Accepts Responsibility for Assigned Contributions to Collective Efforts

Key Qualifications

The Requirements:

• 3 Years of Experience in Compensation, Consulting, or Client Service
• Strong Client Service Focus and Flexibility
• Fluent Communication Skills in Spanish and English
• Demonstrate Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Manage Multiple Projects with Tight Deadlines
• Attention to Detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Commitment to Continuous Learning
• Familiarity with Compensation Functions and Job Benchmarking (Preferred)
