Payment Card Industry (PCI) Program Management Lead

Which is the main objective of this role?


The Payment Card Industry Program Management Lead is a new role that provides guidance to the business and program management to ensure PepsiCo's compliance with PCI, works with the Sector Leads to drive PCI compliance and aligns with Governance Committee on risks and strategy deviations.

Part of the PCI Compliance work is currently performed by the NASS Financial Reporting Sr.

Director (~5% of time spent), the plan with the creation of this new role is to place more focus in this process and elevate the maturity of PCI Compliance as this is an area of increasing risk for PepsiCo.

The PCI Compliance responsibility will be transferred to the IPEX organization and this role will perform new/incremental activities required elevate the maturity of the PCI compliance process plus the baseline activities previously performed by the NASS Sr.

Director.


What will you be doing?

  • Monitors status of PCI Solutions' remediation activities (participates in weekly meetings with InfoSec team and periodically with Sectors' Business owners and IT). Provides guidance to the Sectors in issues resolution efforts.
  • Provides the necessary guidance to the business and program management to ensure PepsiCo's compliance with Payment Card Industry.
  • Collaborates with the Sector PCI Governance Leads to drive PCI compliance awareness.
  • Works with Sector PCI Governance Leads to drive PCI compliance.
  • Partners with the InfoSec team to provide training to the sectors' Businesses and executives.
  • Leads/coordinates the PCI Governance Committee (usually semiannual meetings) and supports the PCI Governance Committee in developing the PCI compliance strategy.
  • Partners with the InfoSec team to develop/maintain the Global PepsiCo PCI Policy.
  • Tracks progress of Self-Assessment Questionnaires (SAQ) performed by the InfoSec team and monitors PCI compliance continuously. Holds weekly meetings with InfoSec team to review progress, blockers and support needed.
  • Works with the Sector PCI Governance Leads to proactively identify new solutions and changes to existing ones.
  • Supports the Cyber Insurance renewal process (typically an annual process) leading the completion of the "PCI section" of the annual Cyber Insurance Questionnaire.
  • Acts as PCI point of contact in the interaction with the underwriters (e.g., presents PepsiCo PCI program, etc.)
  • Work on remediation plans identified as part of the PCI process assessment performed by PwC including updating processes for PCI compliance, enhancing PCI Governance Structure, documenting PCI compliance processes, strengthening metrics and reporting and expand PCI training and awareness

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Management Information Systems or Accounting.
  • 10 years of relevant Internal Control/Accounting/Audit/Assessment experience.
  • Previous IT Internal Control roles preferred.
  • Proven track record of process improvement capabilities.
  • Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (DSS) experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
