Position:

Business Operations Analyst

Arrow Electronics is looking to hire Business Operations Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara

This position requires fluency in English, please provide your CV/resume in English.

What You'll Be Doing

Responds to ticket requests for item set ups, pricing/costing, authorizations and troubleshooting while ensuring SLA's are being met
Validates proper documentation has been provided to process ticket requests and communicates back to requestor when additional information is needed
Manages supplier pricefile loads, authorization maintenance and other customer related attributes as needed
Reviews and maintains process documentation based on Supplier updates
Performs audit functions as assigned to ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance
Monitors various operational reports and system alerts and takes action as appropriate
Provides timely issue escalation and proactively communicates to management and impacted stakeholders

What Are We Looking For?

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
Proven effective verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is required)
Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and superior multitasking capabilities
Effective organizational and time management skills
Strong ability to learn new technology and rampup quickly
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
Proven track record of strong work ethic and customer service
Strong attention to detail

Experience / Education
Typically requires 1-2 years of related experience; a 4 year degree is preferred.
