Global Leader in the contact center industry is looking for bilingual people with available time during the afternoon!We offer schedules from 20 to 35 weekly hours
Requirements:
* Fully bilingual (oral and written)
* 16 years of age
* Finished Middle School
* No experience needed (paid training)
Considered applicants will have desire to work for 6 months beyond hire date or interested in establishing a long term career within the company.
Your daily tasks will be:
* Responsible of providing a satisfying customer service, following campaign guidelines in every call received
* Maintain regular and punctual attendance, adhering to prescribed work schedules.
* Investigates and resolves problems of the customer per established performance criteria
* Accomplish specific objectives in conjunction with the performance assessment plan
* Support with special projects in departments such as Operations and Quality
