    Requisitos:

    • 2-4 años de experiência
    • Escolaridad: Lic. en Mercadotecnia | Comunicación | Administración | Ing. Industrial o afín.
    • Excelente ortografía
    • Atención al detalle.
    • Tener experiência en plataformas como Wordpress, WooCommerce y/o Shopify
    • Excel en nível intermedio-avanzado
    • Experiência en atención al cliente.
    • Conocimiento y buen manejo de B2CHAT
    • Manejo de software para CRM
      Responsabilidades:
    • Publicación y actualización de productos en WooCommerce
    • Supervisión de canal de venta (e-commerce)
    • Elaboración, despacho y seguimiento de estatus de pedidos a través de la plataforma.
    • Almacenamiento de productos dentro de la plataforma.
    • Logística y gestión de envíos.
    • Atención al cliente
    • Negociación con proveedores (Limitado a: paqueterías, pasarelas de pago y empaques para envió de productos)
    • Control de leads mediante What's App Business (En caso de tener un flujo de trabajo extenso, se requerirá ́ de apoyo de fuerza de ventas con las que cuentan las marcas).
    • Elaboración de reportes de pedidos semanales, quincenales o mensuales.
    • Alto nível de organización.

    • Alta habilidad numérica.
