    Colchones América, empresa líder en la fabricación, comercialización y distribución de colchones, ubicada en San Pedro Xalostoc, Ecatepec

    Solicita:

    Supervisor de ProducciónResponsable de cumplir el programa de producción del departamento a cargo, manteniendo condiciones de seguridad, higiene, orden y disciplina, asegurando un flujo continuo con los demás departamentos de fabricación, a fin de garantizar se cumpla con los términos de calidad, costo y tiempos de entrega establecidos


    Perfil:

    Ingeniero Industrial titulado o afín. Experiência 3 años como supervisor de producción. Experiência en manejo de personal operativo, tiene a cargo 30 operadores y ayudantes. Experiência en el uso e implementación de herramientas de manufactura. Seguimiento y control, para asegurar que se cumpla con los programas establecidos. Liderazgo, para dirigir al grupo de trabajo y modificar el modelo de trabajo. Disciplina, implementar una cultura de trabajo basada en el orden, cumplimiento, respeto.


    Retos:

    Establecer condiciones que aseguren el cumplimiento, en forma sistemática, del programa de producción, en tiempo, con la calidad definida y sin desperdicio.

    Contribuir al establecimiento de una cultura de trabajo, basado en orden, seguridad, respeto y crecimiento.


    Jornada laboral:

    Lunes a sábado


    Rol de turnos
    Oferta:
