- Manage the ticket queue efficiently by addressing user queries, fulfilling requests, and resolving system incidents promptly and with a customer-centric approach.
- Support and maintain automated digital marketing solutions using Amazon's Marketing tools.
- Utilize available resources to administer team applications and leverage documentation, training, and vendor support teams.
- Assist in ensuring data quality and integrity, including executing data migration and cleansing projects.
- Initiate improvements in support processes to enhance delivery time, increase customer satisfaction, and automate manual processes for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, understand user experiences and stakeholder perspectives, and provide clear solutions to stakeholders.
- English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in implementing and configuring digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in campaign management using cloud technology (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo) or on-premise technology (e.g., IBM, Adobe).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and solution deployment.
- Ability to establish effective partnerships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with large-scale, complex datasets.
- Handling and triaging user issues through ticketing systems.
- Basic Excel skills.
