    Perfil
    • Licenciatura en Contabilidad con al menos 3 años de experiência en las actividades mencionadas.
    • Conocimientos de ERP
    • Dominio de Microsoft Excel.
    • Sólidos conocimientos de contabilidad y en legislación correspondiente

      Principales Actividades y Responsabilidades
    • Elaborar los registros contables, análisis de gastos, estados financieros, presupuestos, cierre mensual, reportes financieros.
    • Recibir, revisar y registrar las facturas de proveedores.
    • Solicitar, asegurar y mantener el maestro de clientes y proveedores.
    • Registrar oportunamente los movimientos para la generación de provisiones de gasto en el período en el que se incurre.
    • Asegurar que todo registro de facturas cuente con los comprobantes fiscales.
    • Asignar el gasto por centro de costos.
    • Mantener actualizado y vigente el catálogo de cuentas y centros de costo.
    • Contabilizar oportunamente los pagos efectivamente realizados.
    • Analizar y mantener actualizadas las cuentas contables.
    • Analizar y controlar los activos fijos.
    • Elaborar conciliaciones bancarias.
